Members @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for front-desk check-in, guest sign-in and membership records.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member checked someone in or added a note.

The app shows membership records the lodge already keeps: names, membership details, contact information, door-card activity, check-ins and guest sign-ins. Guest names and email addresses entered at sign-in are stored with those records.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
